"Got the wrong bottles"
I ordered two specific bourbons, but completely different bottles showed up. The receipt had the correct order on it, so I’m not sure how this happened. I reached out to support and they were slow to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. At the very least, I’d expect an apology for the mix-up. Definitely my first and last time ordering here.

"I’m not sure if I just came..."
I’m not sure if I just came in on a bad day, but the store felt dirty to me. The floors were sticky, the shelves had dust on them, and overall it just didn’t feel very clean. Curious if other people have noticed the same thing.
"I was really looking forward to the tasting..."
I was really looking forward to the tasting event, but it ended up being kind of a letdown. The staff seemed like they were rushing everyone through, and the samples were so tiny it was hard to really enjoy or judge anything. I get that these events can be hit or miss, but this one definitely felt more like a miss for me

"Parking was such a hassle"
I stopped by the other day, or maybe it was last week sometime, after checking the website first, and the parking situation kind of ruined it for me.
There were hardly any open spots, and the whole lot felt really tight and awkward to get around. I ended up circling a couple times before giving up and parking farther away, which was annoying since I was just trying to make a quick stop.
Maybe I just picked a bad time to go, I can’t remember exactly when it was, but it definitely left a bad impression. I’m not really in a hurry to go back.
"Said it was in stock, but it wasn’t"
I ordered a bottle because the site clearly showed it was in stock, paid for it, and got the confirmation like everything was fine. Then the next day I got an email saying it was actually unavailable, which was really frustrating.
This has happened to me twice now, and I wish I had read the reviews first. I regret wasting my time checking here at all. They really need to keep their inventory updated better because it’s annoying getting your hopes up for nothing.

"Wish I’d Had More Info Before Ordering"
I kind of regret buying without more details. The bottle descriptions were really lacking, so I had to guess what I was getting. It wasn’t very helpful and made the whole purchase feel uncertain.

"Age verification just wouldn't work"
I tried uploading my ID three different times for the age check, and it still wouldn’t accept it. It was really frustrating, especially because it felt like I was just stuck there with no one paying attention or helping me figure out what was wrong.

"Gift options were ridiculous"
I was trying to pick out a gift, but the choices were ridiculous. Everything felt confusing to sort through, and the selection was way too limited. Definitely not a great experience...

I did get some kind of response, I guess, but I still never really got a clear answer to what I was asking. Maybe they were trying to help, and I appreciate that, but it left me more confused than anything

"Slow site made me nervous about my order"
The website kept freezing on me and every page took forever to load. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and the cart was confusing too. After I put in my payment, I started feeling really uneasy because the site still wasn’t acting right, and I wasn’t sure if my order actually went through. I ended up frustrated and didn’t feel very confident about the whole thing.

"Really disappointing customer service"
I had a frustrating experience. I reached out hoping someone would help me, but it never really went anywhere. I kept waiting for some kind of actual solution, and instead it just felt like I was being brushed off. Not sure if they were busy or just not paying attention, but either way, I never got the help I needed.

"Rewards program honestly isn’t really worth it"
I signed up for the rewards program thinking, you know, maybe it would help me save a little here and there, but the points barely ever seem to show up. And then when I try to use the discount, it just doesn’t really work right for some reason. I reached out to support about it too, but yeah, that pretty much went nowhere. It’s just kind of annoying, honestly...

"Pretty limited selection"
I went on there looking to grab a few bottles, but the selection was underwhelming. A lot of it was just the basic stuff and there weren’t many options to choose from. I did reach out and support basically said something like, “we’re working on adding more inventory,” which is fine, but at the moment it was still kind of disappointing.

"I had a feeling the checkout was going..."
I had a feeling the checkout was going to be a hassle, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes just to pay because there was only one cashier open. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself coming back.

"Too expensive for what you get"
I’m just kind of tired of this whole ordering experience lately. The prices here were already higher than what I found on other sites, and then the shipping cost made it feel even worse. By the time everything was added up, it really didn’t feel like a good value. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I don’t remember every detail, but what stuck with me is how long the pickup took. Maybe it was a busy day, but it felt like I was waiting forever, and the staff seemed kind of annoyed when I asked about it. Not the smoothest experience

"Really frustrating return experience"
I tried to return my order because it really wasn’t what I expected, but the whole process was confusing from the start. The return info wasn’t clear, and it took way too long to get a proper answer. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was happening. The refund also took ages, and there weren’t really many updates along the way. Overall, not a good experience, and I wouldn’t order again unless they sort this out...

"I tried placing an order, but..."
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept acting up. My card info was definitely correct, and the payment still wouldn’t go through. Then the page refreshed and made me start all over, which just confirmed what I already suspected about the site being kind of clunky.
After a few attempts, I gave up. Maybe it works fine for other people, but this pretty much proved my point that ordering from them is more trouble than it’s worth. If paying is this annoying, they really need to fix it.
